Dr. Matt Teegarden is responsible for the development and advancement of Foods for Health scientific operations and communications. In addition to his technical expertise in food and nutritional metabolomics, Matt brings with him over five years of leadership experience as a Board Member, Student Association President, and task force member for the Institute of Food Technologists. Matt completed his undergraduate and graduate training in Food Science at The Ohio State University and worked as a product development scientist at Abbott Nutrition prior to rejoining Ohio State. Matt is passionate about food science communication, and he spends his free time baking and participating in LGBTQ+ intramural leagues in Columbus.
