We are happy to share that the 2025 Foods for Health Annual Meeting was a successful event, bringing together over 100 attendees, showcasing 40 research posters, and featuring two inspiring keynote speakers alongside a series of faculty and trainee Flash Talks.
This year’s meeting highlighted the expertise of FFH Affiliate Ruth M. Barrientos, PhD (Institute of Behavioral Medicine) and Kyle S. Burger, PhD (Monell Chemical Senses Center). A heartfelt thank you to our keynote speakers and all faculty and trainees who contributed to the Flash Talk sessions.
Our poster presentations reflected our core focus areas: food and crop improvement, ingestive behavior, and precision nutrition. Congratulations to our People’s Choice Award winners, Isabel Gugger, Ruiya Bao, Zhifang (Lexie) Xie, and Hannah Sanders.
