Foods for Health Co-Hosts Dr. Daniel Lin
Dr. Lin shared insights from his recent research in a talk titled “Gut Microbiome Response to Dietary Carotenoids.” His work highlights the powerful connections between what we eat, how our bodies process nutrients, and the microbiome’s role in overall health.
Each Friday during the academic year, graduate students in the Interdisciplinary PhD in Nutrition (OSUN) program come together to hear from leaders in food and nutrition science—and to share their own work. Foods for Health proudly supports this learning community by co-hosting select seminars and organizing small-group interactions like graduate student lunches with invited speakers and meetings with OSU faculty.
