ERVA’s newest report, Engineering Food Systems to Enable Precision Nutrition, lays out nine engineering research priorities to help develop foods with verified nutritional benefits, while keeping them safe, affordable, and enjoyable. The vision is to build food systems that make prevention easier before health problems take hold.
