Jay Dahlman is an experienced scientific researcher and tech transfer professional. In his role as the Associate Director of Licensing in the Technology Commercialization Office (TCO), he is responsible for technology assessment, marketing, intellectual property strategy development & management, negotiating license agreements for OSU-developed intellectual property, and fostering collaborative relationships.
