Kathy Lechman, PhD

Dr. Kathy Lechman is the Assistant Dean for Faculty and Staff Affairs in the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences. Dr. Lechman earned her Ph.D. in 2015 from the OSU College of Education and Human Ecology where her dissertation focused on examining the influence of student perception of instructor cultural intelligence, sense of belonging, and intent to persist. In her role she serves as a change management agent, providing counsel to faculty and staff, and leading college-based diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that ensure all CFAES faculty, staff, and students feel valued for their individual talents and unique cultural perspectives.
