Willa Hsueh, MD

Willa Hsueh is a Professor in the OSU Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism, and also serves as the Director of the Diabetes and Metabolism Research Center. Her research interests include diabetes mellitus, complications of diabetic mellitus, and hypertension. The Hsueh lab has strong translational efforts in immunometabolism as it relates to adipose tissue changes with a high-fat diet and its effects on inflammatory-driven complications such as atherosclerosis, fatty liver disease, and cardiac and renal function.
